does australia have illegal immigrants???
actually just like many other countries we do.
They come over here to work and to live. The are here to try and earn money for their families back home.
There are many different nationalities that illegally come to australia. here are just as few…
CHINA
AFGHANASTAN
IRAQ
MALAYASIA
and there a plenty more

to deal with immigrants in australia we let the immigrants stay in immigration detention centres and then they are allowed to apply for AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP but they have to stay in the dentention centres until their citizenship is approved.
For the people that dont have their citizenship approved, they are sent back to their home country and are not allowed back into australia.
Some people buy illegal immigrants for work and things like that but that is also very illegal because everyone, no matter what nationality is equal!!!!

In the US we also have alot of problems with immigration, but ive never heard of anyone buying an immigrant, thats pretty messed up.

We usually just deport them back or send them to jail until we finally have the finalized documents to send them back. Your way seems a lot nicer that what we do to solve our problem even though they have to stay in a single area they still have the chance to apply rather than having to wait several years.

Yea we have immigrants like that too.. Except Brent i think that we actually do have people that buy immigrants its just that they dont refer to it as buying, they just hire them becuase they are willing to work hard for lower pays.

How do illegal immigrants get into Australia? When you “buy” an immigrant is it the same as hiring a workman, or buying a slave. Because if their like slaves that really screwed up.

Wow. I didn’t think that Australia had illegal immigrants on account of it being an island and all. That seems like a much better way then we handle it.

♥hey how are you?Wow it’s amazing how the way that they deal with immigrants in your country to the way they deal with immigrants in our country is different. I think that it’s pretty cool that they let them sign up for a citenship card, unlike our country they just send you back.I also think it’s wrong that they try to buy illegal immigrants but then again that happens everywhere and there is really no way to stop it.Well talk to you later.♥

I wonder what’s easier to illegally immigrate to: Australia or America. Probably America, even though we don’t have a chunk of an ocean dividing us, since the security is so… harsh.
Australia seems to handle the situation pretty well, though I don’t know anything about it. But I agree, owning illegal immigrants is messed up.

We have illegal immigrant problems as well, but i don’t think people buy illegal immigrants for work. I agree with everyone else, that is wrong to do. Other than that though Australia seems to have a better way to handle immigrants than the US. People here in America also come to work and sometimes to earn money for families living somewhere else.

In the US illegal immigration is also a large issue. I think its great that they are given the opportunity to become citizen, and i agree that the purchasing of people is a terrible incident.

people some to the states for the same resons. but they come from other place mostly. i think they come illegaly because they think they will not beallowed to come other wise.

When you say they are not allowed back in Australia, is that for good? Or can they apply for citizenship later?
